A Place Called Nowhere

lyrics

I live in a place called "Nowhere"
Between the "Hopeless Street" and the "Failure Square"
With pedestrians looking down trying to hide their faces
No one smiles here

I can feel the wind blowing on my nape
And just three blocks away someone´s calling my name
Why don´t we burn some cash just to ease the pain?
No one smiles here

I guess I should move out to find another nest
But I won´t take the pictures
I´m taking only the frames
To start all over again

Instead of supermarkets we´ve got garbage cans
Where people try to buy some respect for themselves
We have kids playing on the swings covered in spiders web
No one smiles here

I guess I should move out to find another nest
But I won´t take the pictures
I´m taking only the frames
Somebody stole my wings I need to fly away
But I won´t take the pictures
I´m taking only the frames
